The selected contractor will perform on-call miscellaneous concrete repair and replacement services per technical specifications in Attachment G. Work items may include: o Sidewalk grinding o Sidewalk removal and replacement o Curb and gutter removal and replacement o Driveway approaches o Cross gutters and spandrels o ADA curb ramps o Sidewalk patching and ramping o Retrofit truncated domes o Removal of tree roots lifting or damaging sidewalks o Other related concrete maintenance tasks as assigned Contractor must: o Maintain a valid California Class A or C-8 Contractor's License o Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and traffic control o Respond to task orders within 48 hours to 5 working days (unless otherwise agreed) o Notify the City within 24 hours of task completion Question Deadline 09/18/2025 at 8:57 AM PT Online Q&A Yes
