The project will require remodeling of the existing mechanical room door(s) in order to facilitate the renovations. The existing pneumatic controls for the AHUs will be replaced with digital controls in alignment with the existing controls system currently in the terminal building. Electrical power panels in the electrical room in the terminal building (not the tunnel) will also require replacement. Existing hydronic fan coil units in the two Blue (B) parking garage elevator lobbies (all floor levels) will be replaced with VRF (variable refrigerant flow) systems.
