Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Yerington, Nevada. Completed plans call for the construction of a one-story above grade educational facility; and one-story above grade educational facility.

The scope includes construction manager at risk (CMAR) services for Fernley High School Culinary and Single Point of Entry, and Dayton High School Single Point of Entry projects. Proposals are required to be submitted as one original marked 'MASTER,' six identical copies marked 'COPY,' and one electronic copy in PDF format on a flash drive. All proposals must be delivered in a sealed envelope or box to Lyon County School District, 25 East Goldfield Avenue, Yerington, Nevada 89477 by the specified deadline. Proposals submitted by email, facsimile, or verbally will not be accepted. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is required for interested proposers, who must attend from start to finish and sign in and sign out.
