Description

Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Yerington, Nevada. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Site Directions: Drive 10 miles south of Yerington, NV on highway 208. Turn onto Pine Grove Road and drive approx. 18 miles to the project site Provide and install fire suppression for 6 residential buildings including fire suppression storage tank and pumps The project shall include, but not limited to: the Provide engineered permitted drawings, utility upgrades and fire suppression for 6 existing building for "FIRE SUPPRESSION FOR VARIOUS BUILDINGS AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS AT WALKER RIVER STATE RECREATION AREA, FLYING M RANCH, LYON COUNTY, NEVADA." Other associated or incidental work as shown or specified in the Contract Drawings and specifications.
