Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of safety and operational improvements to the Holly Springs Road and Sandy Plains Road intersection. Project will include pedestrian enhancements and traffic signal modifications. Project Duration: The time allowed for performance of the project will be 360 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. Cobb County will affirmatively comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and 78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d42 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, part 21 Nondiscrimination Act(s). Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Participation and Small Business Participation in all DOT contracts is encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all Bids and waive any formalities.
