Project no.R2024-047 FY2026 Water System Improvements LOCATED IN LAND LOTS: 1085 AND 1148 OF DISTRICT 16 St.mary's lane, chowning place Question Deadline 10/13/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Any questions or comments concerning this project should be sent in writing to the project engineer, Alexandra Pavluscenco, apavluscenco@rindt.com by Monday The project includes the installation of approximately 1,110 LF of new 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron water main along portions of Kennesaw Avenue and Chowning Place, and the replacement of approximately 8,900 LF of existing 8-inch, 6-inch, and 2-inch water mains along N Saint Mary's Ln, Saint Mary's Ln, Saint Annes Rd, Oakton Terrace, Saint John's Ct, and Saint Teresa Terrace with new 6-inch and 8-inch ductile iron pipe. Work will be completed by open cut and jack and bore methods and will include valves, hydrants, appurtenances, and abandonment of existing mains for a complete water system. Project alternatives include full road width milling and repaving of Chowning Place as well as brick paver restoration at the entrance to Chowning Place. Construction will begin after January 1, 2026.
