Demolition and site work for a swimming pool in Glenwood, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; and for site work for a swimming pool.
The overall objective of this project is to remove all structures, debris, site components, etc. and to leave the ground empty, level, and ready for future development. Any questions regarding RFP specifications may be answered by contacting Andrew Smith, Jr. at asmithjr.egmengineering@gmail.com. Bid date notes: Bids submitted by email will not be considered. Responses shall be in a sealed envelope clearly marked "Bloom Township Skyline Pool Demolition" BID opening, Tuesday, October 14, 2025 at 10:00 A.M." Inquiries about the interpretation of the Specifications must be made only in writing and shall be directed to the Engineer. Inquiries will be answered in writing, if deemed necessary, by means of a written Addendum issued by the Engineer and provided to all contractors that have registered to pick up a bid specifications packet. Inquiries must be received no later than Friday, August 29, 2025.
