Box 1428, Rome, GA 30162 Email: mmurphy@nwgha.com The Northwest Georgia Housing Authority (NWGHA) is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to supply and install a complete security camera system at one (1) housing authority property located at Jack Frost (807 Ave. B., Rome, GA 30165) and Barron Apartment, (800 N. 5th Ave., Rome, GA 30165, Rome, Georgia). The goal of this project is to improve safety, prevent criminal activity, and enable effective monitoring of common areas. The contract will begin upon execution of an Agreement of Service and continue for one year. The contract period may be extended for an additional two years upon the completion of the initial contract period and agreement of both parties. Unless otherwise stated in the contract, the contract term shall commence on the date specified in the Contract or Purchase Order issued by NWGHA. Conduct a site assessment of property. Design and propose a comprehensive camera surveillance solution tailored to site. Install all equipment, including cameras, mounts, cabling, network components, and storage. Configure a centralized monitoring and recording system (on-site and cloud-based). Configure remote access for authorized personnel. Train NWGHA staff on system use and maintenance. Provide regular maintenance services. Provide a layout or map of proposed camera placements. Specify camera types (fixed dome, bullet, pan tilt zoom, infrared). Include necessary specifications for: Resolution (minimum 4K) Weatherproofing (outdoor-rated IP 66 or better) Night Vision or Infrared capabilities (minimum 30 Meter Range) Power Supply: POE (Power Over Ethernet) Recording (minimum 30 days storage) NVR Specs: Storage at a minimum 30 days of retention Video Compression H.265 Remote Access Enabled AI Integration preferred Property A.
