Floyd County, Georgia proposes to award a Contract to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, upon sealed bids, for the furnishing of all labor, tools, material, equipment, and other things necessary for: Intercom Upgrade for the Floyd County Board of Commissioners. ProjectDescription The project calls for a qualified installer to furnish all labor, tools, and materials for the Intercom System Upgrade for the Floyd County Prison . Contractor is responsible for all required permits and licenses. The successful contractor will be qualified and able to provide all the labor, tools, and materials to upgrade the existing Intercom System for the Floyd County Prison. This will include removing the old intercom system currently in place. The contractor will design, program, test and install (2) new intercom stations for the Control Room to be located under the countertops. The Intercom Systems will use 7" Touch control screens with operator/mic and Push to Talk pushbutton for intercom control. (Touch Screen interface will be the same size as the Touch Screen installed in Lobby Control) Components of the system include but are not limited to: New Intercom System: LP2: Qty (38) - Call Stations/Speakers (Contractor will reuse the existing call stations and speakers).
