Remodeling of a municipal facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.

The scope of work consists of, but is not limited to, the following: Interior Carpentry on the First Floor (North End of the Building, Main Lobby) which includes adding two new walls with windows, electrical, plumbing, adding a sprinkler head, and adding an ADA button activated system to three sets of doors (two existing, one new) and new lighting. Interior Carpentry on the First Floor (Main Corridor) includes removing a section of wall and putting in four new doorways, and repositioning a door to swing in the opposite direction. Interior Carpentry on the Second Floor (City Engineering) includes repairing a door frame and replacing a damaged door. Interior Carpentry on the Third Floor (Conference Room 3A) includes adding two new walls with doors and windows. Other tasks as identified within the Plans and Specifications.
