As of November 04, 2025, project was awarded to Cunningham Flooring America, awarded amount is $96,027.26. Sealed bids will be received for new flooring in the North Exhibit Hall at the Ardmore Convention Center, located at 2401 N. Rockford Road, Ardmore, OK. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identifying the project, the bid number, and the name of the bidder. Bid security in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, letter of credit, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid must accompany each bid. The bidder must use the provided bid proposal and affidavits, which must be signed and notarized. Bids must be typewritten or in ink. The successful bidder will deliver the executed contract, bonds, and certificates of insurance as required, within fifteen (15) calendar days of notification, unless extended by the City/Authority. The City of Ardmore/Ardmore Tourism Authority reserves the right to change dates, reject any or all bids, waive formalities, and accept the bid deemed most advantageous for value received. Description of Work A. Project shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, parts, supplies and equipment to replace flooring as described by the Project Manager for the Ardmore Convention Center in Ardmore, Oklahoma. B. Work may require the demolition or alteration of existing systems; in which case, all material and debris shall be cleaned up and removed from site by the Contractor on a continuous daily basis.
