Renovation of a fire / police facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade fire / police facility; one-story above grade fire / police facility; and one-story above grade fire / police facility.
**As of November 14th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The City of St. Charles is seeking bids from qualified contractors for concrete repair work at Fire Stations 2, 3, and 4. For Fire Station 2, the work includes sealing concrete joints. For Fire Station 3, the work includes the removal of approximately 16 damaged concrete slabs, addressing the underlying dirt, replacing it with 10-inch pinned slabs on a 4-inch rock base, and sealing the remaining concrete joints. For Fire Station 4, the work includes sealing a few cracks. Only bidders that attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting will be allowed to submit bids for this project. Bids must be submitted in duplicate, made on the attached Bid Form, and include all required documents and signatures. Envelopes must be clearly marked on the outside with "BID 4811" and the date of the bid opening. Vendors must accept and meet the terms and conditions included in this bid. The City of St. Charles is seeking bids from qualified contractors for concrete repair work at Fire Station’s 2, 3, & 4. The scope of work for each station is listed below.
