Such inquiries or requests must be submitted by the due date and time for clarifications provided in this RFB. The project scope of work includes: E. Surfside Boulevard, from Breakwater Avenue to Elm Street, is a roadway reconstruction project that includes various street and utility improvements. The project objective is to reconstruct the existing roadway pavement section and to reconstruct select underground utilities. This project also includes reconstruction of some of the existing sidewalk, curb ramps, concrete driveways, concrete curb and gutter, roadway striping, roadway pavement markers, and traffic signage. Refer to contract documents, plans and specifications for additional information. 4.3 Work Site and Conditions The Project is located at E. Surfside Boulevard as described in the attached specifications. Regular working hours are between sun-up and sun-down unless other times are specifically authorized in writing by City.
