Awarding an annual contract for the removal of dry sludge from the Jefferson & El Pico Water Plants for the Utilities Department. Electronic bid submissions through Cit-E-Bid are strongly encouraged, as this is the preferred method for bid delivery, but hand-delivered bids will also be accepted. Specifications may be obtained from the Finance Department - Purchasing Division or downloaded from the website. Hand-delivered proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with 'Proposal: Dry Sludge Removal - Utilities Department RFP: 2026-005.' Bids not received by the specified deadline will not be accepted. If a bidder submits both electronic and manual bids, only the electronic bid will be used to determine the total bid amount, unless the manual bid is incomplete.
