Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project consists of the reconstruction of Flour Bluff Drive from Yorktown Blvd to Don Paricio Rd, including new pavement, curbs and gutters, driveways, sidewalks and multi-use path with ADA compliant curb ramps, signage, pavement markings, upgraded street illumination and traffic control, as well as utility and drainage improvements as needed. Flour Bluff 18 Inch Water Line Extension. This project has two base bids: one for Hot Mix Asphalt Concrete (HMAC) pavement and another for Continuously Reinforced Concrete Pavement (CRCP). The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work is to be substantially completed within 1125 days. Final completion- 1155 days 1. Minority participation goal is 45%. 2. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal is 15%.
