Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
**As of January 8, 2025 this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Minority participation goal is 45%. Minority Business Enterprise participation goal is 15%. If the Site walk was missed by a contractors is possible to still please email arielbc@corpuschristitv.gov to request a site visit. Install a new natural gas emergency generator and transfer switch to supply the Ben Garza Gymnasium in case of an emergency power loss. C. This project is funded by a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) therefore, this contract is subject to all relative federal requirements. By the submission of its bid, the bidder agrees to follow all CDBG requirements. D. Contractor Self Performance - 50% Provide and install a new natural gas generator and manual transfer switch to supply the Ben Garza Gymnasium's existing building in case of power loss. Provide and install a new 7'-0" tall heavy-duty chain-link fence system with single man gate and double trailer gate to access the generator as indicated in drawings.
