Contractor to turn off electrical breakers and water, and lock-out/tag-out. b. Existing washers #4 and #5 are Milnor model 60044SP2, 450 lb. capacity, staph-guard washer-extractor. Model tags are included as Exhibit 1. Contractor shall remove existing washers #4 and #5, and replace with new washers, like-in-kind. Contractor shall replace electrical whips from disconnects to the washers. Contractor is responsible for water and drain connection modifications needed for new washers. c. Contractor will be required to coordinate door access with Facilities Maintenance Department (FMD), who will be responsible for cutting and re-welding the spot welds on the door. d. FMD will remove any parts prior to delivery to Fixed Assets. e. Contractor to re-connect electric and water, and test new equipment in presence of the Project Manager
