Construct restrooms at two park locations. Detailed scope of work and specifications are provided. Submit one marked original, three photocopies, and one electronic flash drive of the completed bid package in a sealed envelope. The project name, bid number, and time and date of the bid opening must be clearly marked on the outside of the sealed envelope. Facsimile or electronic responses are not accepted. Bidders may not withdraw their bid for 120 calendar days after the bid opening.
