The City of Derby, through the City Planning & Zoning Commission, is inviting proposals from qualified Planning Consultants to update the 2016 Derby Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD) in accordance with Connecticut General Statutes (CGS) 8-23. Sealed responses containing consultant’s/firm’s proposal will be received through the City’s secure website portal only. The City of Derby reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this RFP, advertise for new RFP responses, or accept any RFP response deemed to be in the City's best interest. A response to this RFP should not be construed as a contract nor should it indicate a commitment of any kind. The RFP does not commit the City to pay for the costs incurred in the submission of a response to this RFP or for any costs incurred prior to the execution of a final contract.
