The City of East St. Louis is soliciting qualifications from experienced engineering firms to provide design, surveying, construction management, and project oversight services for the Smart Street Light Project along 21st Street to 29th Street and State Street. This initiative is part of the City's broader effort to modernize infrastructure, improve public safety, and implement smart city technologies. The City reserves the right to reject all bids, to request additional information concerning any bid for purposes of clarification, to accept or negotiate any modification to any bid following the deadline for receipt of all bids, and to waive any irregularities if such would serve the best interests of the City.
