The scope includes installation of a new roof (plywood and/or metal, waterproof membrane and drainage, soffit, fascia, rubber or torch down roofing), hard-wired smoke and carbon dioxide detectors throughout, fire extinguisher, electrical work (interior and exterior lighting, emergency exit lighting with backup batteries, wiring in conduit BX/FLEX, outlets, switches, ceiling lights, coolers on separate circuits, labeled breaker box), HVAC (120,000 BTU furnace, 5-ton condenser, ductwork, line set, flute pipe, flex duct, thermostat, ceiling or wall register), and bathroom work (four toilets, four wall sinks, two GFCIs, lighting with emergency backup, two doors, four soap dispensers, four faucets, four tissue holders, four hand dryers or paper towel dispensers). Plumbing includes CPVC or PEX water lines, schedule 40 PVC drain lines, primer and glue, 50-gallon hot water tank, 2% copper shut offs, copper to CPVC fittings, PRV pipe on side of hot water tank (metal or copper), and exterior water spigot.
