The New York State Unified Court System ("UCS"), Office of Court Administration ("OCA") is soliciting sealed bids for the provision of three-dimensional (3-D), polyurethane UCS courtroom wall seals, as described herein (the "Wall Seal(s)"). UCS anticipates placing orders for Wall Seals in the following estimated quantities during the initial term of the awarded contract: Year 1 - Four hundred (400) Year 2 - Two hundred (200) Year 3 - One hundred (100) See EXHIBIT B, SCOPE OF WORK for detailed specifications. Contact by any prospective bidder, or any representative thereof, with any other personnel of the UCS in connection with this RFB may violate the Procurement Lobbying Act of 2005 (see Attachment IV), will jeopardize the respective bidder's standing and may cause rejection of its proposal. The deadline to submit questions is Friday, October 10, 2025, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Bidders must notify Kyle Cunningham at kccunnin@nycourts.gov of their planned attendance no later than Friday, October 17, 2025. A written compilation of all questions asked and answered during the conference (Pre-Bid Conference Q&A) will be posted on the UCS website No further bidder questions will be entertained after the conclusion of the Pre-Bid Conference.
