Project No. 45985-C is for Construction Work to replace the roof of the Admin Building Location- 1134 New Scotland Rd Albany, NY 12208 CR Number: 2127201 Each bid must be prepared and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be accompanied by a bid security (i.e. certified check, bank check, or bid bond in the amount of $90,700 for C).Successful bidders must furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond each for 100% of the contract amount, which is estimated to be between $3,000,000 and $4,000,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The substantial completion date is 682 days after approval of the Agreement by the Comptroller. Requirements for MWBE and SDVOB participation apply, with an overall goal of 30% MWBE participation, 15% MBE participation, 15% WBE participation, and 3% SDVOB participation.
