Sealed proposals are requested for the furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of services, materials, and/or equipment related to the removal of asbestos containing materials and mold remediation. Supply or equipment lists, specifications, and bidding documents may be obtained from the Purchasing Department at Camden County College or downloaded from the Camden County website. Bidders must quote prices that include all freight, handling, and/or delivery charges. All bids must conform to specifications and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Equipment that requires contractor installation must comply with the N.J. Prevailing Wage Act. Proposals must be submitted on the provided bid forms. Bid security must accompany each bid, if applicable. Bidders must comply with the Affirmative Action Law and the Small Business Set-Aside Act, with a 25% goal for contract awards to small businesses.
