A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed proposals are requested for solid waste collection for the Township of Gloucester. Proposal forms, instructions to bidders, specifications, and other bidding documents are available for examination online or directly from the Township Clerk's Office. If specifications are downloaded from the website, vendors are requested to notify the Clerk's Office to register for addenda and notices. A non-refundable fee is required for each set of specifications obtained directly from the township. Addenda may be issued, and it is the bidder's responsibility to be knowledgeable of all addenda. Notice of addenda will be advertised in specified newspapers, sent to registered parties, and posted on the township website. Bidders must submit one original with signatures, two copies marked 'copy,' and an electronic copy on a CD or flash drive. The submission may be delivered by hand, postal service, or any delivery service. The Township Council reserves the right to reject proposals and waive minor informalities as permitted by law. Bidders must comply with mandatory equal employment opportunity requirements. Question Deadline 11/28/2025- No questions will be accepted later than fourteen (14) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, prior to the date of acceptance of bids.
