Labor rates for renovations to the Camden County College Baseball and Softball fields. B. The College will purchase all materials separate from this bid. Materials include 50 tons of Dura Edge infield mix 50 tons of Dura Trax Aggregate warning track mix 40 bags of mound clay Bases (6) Home plates (2) Pitching Rubbers (2) Field survey existing grades and elevations to determine proposed grades that atch existing grass, grades that promote positive surface drainage of infield skin and grass. Utilizing a laser-controlled, dual-mast box grader, grade existing infield skin to proposed finished grades. Groom both infields to proposed finished grades. C. The work will be performed at 200 College Drive, Blackwood NJ 08012, Baseball Field and Softball Field. D. All baseball and softball field renovations must be completed by December 1, 2025. Box 200, Blackwood, NJ 08012, no later than Noon on October 3, 2025. Furnishing, delivery, and/or installation of services, materials, and/or equipment for Baseball and Softball Field Renovations. Prices must include all freight, handling, and delivery charges. Bids must conform to the specifications, and only approved qualified bids will be accepted. Bidders supplying equipment requiring installation by the contractor must comply with the provisions of the N.J. Prevailing Wage Act. Proposals must be made using the bid form provided with the specifications. Bid security, as detailed in the specifications, must accompany each bid, if applicable. Bidders must comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975 Chapter 127 (Affirmative Action Law) and P.L. 77, C.33. The contract has a 25% small business set-aside goal. The right is reserved to waive informalities, reject any or all bids, and make awards in the best interest of the College. Prices must be indicated for individual items and separate groups, with contracts awarded on either basis.
