The Village of New Maryland is seeking the offer of professional environmental consulting services for the preparation of a Community Energy and Emissions Plan (CEEP). The final deliverables shall: establish the baseline magnitude of GHG emissions from various sources associated with municipal operations via a Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions Inventory; estimate GHG emissions forecasts, set GHG reduction targets; evaluate reduction opportunities to meet the targets; propose carbon sequestration strategies; and recommend measures to promote GHG reductions among community members. The proposed work and deliverables, as described above, are currently scheduled to be completed no later than March 31st , 2027. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
