Except for technical inquiries about navigating and/or submitting proposals in the States e-Procurement System, the State is not responsible for responding to any inquiries submitted less than three (3) business days before the Bid/Offer due date and time. Direct all inquiries related to the Solicitation to the Procurement Officer, mary.crosson@azica.gov including requests for or inquiries regarding standards referenced in the Solicitation. 2.1 The awarded contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, material, equipment, and services required to provide the Grounds Keeping and Landscaping services in accordance with the requirements contained herein for a total (all inclusive ) firm, fixed monthly rate, reference in Arizona Procurement Portal Line items. 2.2 All properly licensed/registered Grounds and landscaping companies that comply with the specifications contained herein will be considered. 2.3 The frequency and utilization of all services will be determined at the sole direction of the building supervisor or their designee. 2.4 Contractor's personnel shall have experience and knowledge of: a.Safety precautions in using pesticides/herbicides/fungicides and other plant chemicals and soil amendments. b.Work leadership and scheduling activities of a ground's operation. c.Performing preventative maintenance on powered/non powered grounds equipment and plant life. d.Shall be knowledgeable in the area of plant identification and health and be able to make recommendations regarding plant maintenance, and replacement as required. e. Definition of Key Words Used in the RFQ Landscape architecture services
