Site work and new construction of a medical facility in Alamo, New Mexico. Completed plans call for the construction of a 70,000-square-foot, two-story above grade medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.

Design-build of a new 70,000-square-foot Alamo Navajo Health Center located along New Mexico State Highway 169 in the Alamo Navajo Indian Reservation, NM. The facility will serve as a comprehensive outpatient wellness center for approximately 2,650 tribal residents, replacing the existing IHS clinic. Services will include ambulatory care, medical, dental, diagnostic imaging, physical therapy, pharmacy, public health nursing, nutrition, emergency medical services, community health representative (CHR) program, diabetes program, behavioral health, and the Tribal Women, Infant, and Children Nutritional Program (WICNP). The site encompasses approximately 41 acres, with 12 acres allocated for the health center and an additional 3 acres for a geothermal well field if needed. The design-build contractor will complete the design, construction, and startup of the facility, which is currently at the 10% schematic design stage. The anticipated period of performance is 1,020 days starting in 2026.
