Services may include: Site Analysis: Conduct Phase Environmental Site Assessment. Deliverables: Prepare combined report of all parcels within the subject area into a PDF. Budget: To be negotiated. Submittal requirements: Firm background and qualifications; relevant experience; project team resumes; approach and methodology; timeline and deliverables. Evaluation criteria: relevant experience and qualifications; demonstrated success with similar projects; understanding of affordable housing needs and context; quality of approach and methodology; cost effectiveness. Insurance requirements: The selected firm shall provide certificates of insurance before contract execution, including at a minimum: Commercial General Liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate; Automobile Liability: $1,000,000 combined single limit; Workers’ Compensation: Statutory limits; Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions): $1,000,000 per claim. City shall be named as an additional insured where applicable. Indemnification: The successful proposer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City, its officers, employees, and agents from all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from performance of services.
