A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The project consists of all labor, materials, equipment and disposal to perform the following: New interior wall paint; new kitchen flooring, countertops, backsplash, and appliances; refinished kitchen cabinets with new handles; first floor bathroom wall and ceiling finish repairs; rear exterior screen door, basement door, and broken glass pane replacement; second floor bathroom gut renovation with new pan shower, vanity and sink, toilet, and tiling. Answers Posted (approximate)** October 14, 2025 A Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid is required. - The successful Bidder shall furnish, within ten (10) calendar days after being issued the Notice of Intent to Award, a Performance Bond, in a form acceptable to Procurement Services, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price as security for the faithful performance of the Contract, and a Payment Bond, in a form acceptable to Procurement Services, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as security for the payment of all persons and firms performing labor and furnishing materials in connection with the Contract.
