The Allen Park Housing Commission requests sealed bid proposals for Leo Paluch Apartments - Re-Roofing Project, located in the City of Allen Park, owned by the Allen Park Housing Commission. The work, in general, consist of: the provision/installation of a single-ply roofing system over and existing roofing system; the replacement of an asphalt shingle system (mansard roof), gutters & downspouts, soffit system, exterior soffit light fixtures, and other work items as described within the bid documents. Question Deadline 10/13/2025 Any prospective bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, specifications, drawings, etc., must request it at least 7 days before the scheduled time for bid opening. Requests may be oral or written.
