Job 2998 - YPR Maintenance Garage Fuel Tank Improvements BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the base bid, conditioned that if his proposal is accepted he will enter into a contract for the same, and that he will execute such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and to advertise anew, or to award a contract for part or portions thereof as in its judgment it shall deem to be in the best interest of the Town to so do. Question Deadline 10/30/2025: Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing addressed to the Office of the Town Engineer, Attn: Matthew Sutton, PE, msutton@tonwawanda.ny.us, and to receive consideration must be received at least five (5) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
