Swing Bridge Overlook construction consists of the installation of structural fill and sheet piling in the area that is currently experiencing erosion and embankment failure, a new hard surface walkway to create a pedestrian overlook, with a wood/steel pergola, plant beds, decorative railing, lighting and natural seating elements. Security for Faithful Performance: The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds written by firms licensed to do business in New York State, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amounts in accordance with the provisions of the Contract Documents.
