Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Huntsville, Alabama. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Huntsville Utilities is seeking bids for the Northwest Substation Expansion Steel Package project located in Huntsville, Alabama. The contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the work called for under this contract in a timely, safe, and professional manner. Any exceptions must be clearly identified and easily found--either highlighted within the bid documents or provided on a separate document for ease of review. Sealed bids will be received by the City of Huntsville, either by mail or personal delivery, according to the instructions provided in the bid documents. Bidder instructions, Certificates of Insurance (if required), and specifications are provided within the bid documents. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for a period of ninety (90) days. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved.
