Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Sayner, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Town of Plum Lake is seeking Cost and Qualifications Proposals for pre-demolition interior asbestos abatement and certified supervision of the demolition and disposal of the asbestos coated concrete block structure at the Town Hall located at 8755 Lake Street, Sayner, Wisconsin. Pricing should be provided for abatement of materials required under law for proper removal and disposal, and for certified supervision of demolition and hauling of asbestos coated concrete blocks to the licensed Highway G Landfill in Eagle River, approximately 7 miles away. Bidders should ensure familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local regulations relating to the removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials. The Town will make every effort to provide electric and well/water service to the demolition site. Town staff and/or Town Board members will provide access to the structure by appointment only. Proposals will be evaluated based on bidder qualifications, ability to meet schedule requirements, and cost. Proposals can be submitted in a single envelope or by email and must be received by the due date.
