Expand the terminal building approximately 1600 SF and related site work; terminal building rubber roof replacement approximately 15,000 SF; and terminal building public address system modifications. Type of work: Terminal building expansion including building construction, grading, base, asphalt, concrete, electrical/communications, pavement removal, fencing, and pavement marking; and terminal building roof replacement. The expanded Terminal Building Secure Hold Room will add approximately 1,600 square feet and will be an addition to the west of the existing secure hold room. Existing electrical power and lighting will be expanded into the addition. The existing mechanical systems will also be extended, and a mini-split unit system will be added.
