Work of this Project comprises General Construction and Mechanical and Electrical work, for the HVAC Replacement project for Nicolet Area Technical College located in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Question Deadline 01/22/2026 All questions during bidding are to be faxed or emailed. The question form shall reference the question in sufficient detail to be answered without discussion. Project Location - 5360 COLLEGE DR. RHINELANDER, WI 54501 5350 COLLEGE DR. RHINELANDER, WI 54501 Solicitation of bids for the Northwoods Center & Maintenance Building HVAC Replacement at the main campus, located at 5364 College Drive, Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Bidding documents in electronic format are available by contacting Somerville, Inc., and your request should include firm name, contact person, address, phone number, and email address. No bid shall be received unless accompanied by a scanned copy of a certified check or bid bond as outlined in the bid documents, made payable to the College as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and performance and payment bonds within the time limited by the College. Awarded contractor must send bid bonds as listed in the bid documents within 5 days of contract execution. Any bids not properly and clearly marked, inadvertently opened, or received after the specified time will be rejected. All bids must be guaranteed for a period of at least sixty days following the date of bid opening. Nicolet College reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject all bids.
