Renovation of a medical facility in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
As of February 04, 2026, bids received were rejected as they were over the budget. No definite date for the rebid. Oneida County Buildings & Grounds Department is accepting bids for the exterior painting of the Oneida County Health and ADRC Facility. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Oneida County Clerk, Oneida County Courthouse, Po Box 400, Rhinelander, WI 54501. Oneida County reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the county. Question Deadline 01/23/2026 at 10:00 AM CT Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Lindsey Kennedy at PO Box 400, Rhinelander, WI 54501 or lkennedy@oneidacountywi.gov. and to be given consideration must be received at least SEVEN DAYS prior to the date fixed for the opening of Bids.
