Multi-Building - Toilet Room Remodel: Nicolet College Rhinelander Campus Soliciting bids for a multi-building toilet room remodel at the main campus, including Tamarack Center, Northwoods Center, Red Oak Center, and White Pines Center. Bidding documents are available from Somerville, Inc. Bids must be submitted with a certified check or bid bond as a guarantee. Bids received late or not properly marked will be rejected. All bids must be guaranteed for at least sixty days after opening. Substantial completion date for the project to be June 30th. Nicolet College reserves the right to waive informalities or reject all bids. Question Deadline 01/22/2026 Bidders shall direct questions, by FAX or email only *Please see the attached Addendum 1, 2 & 3.
