Reference number: 20096982 Expression of Interest - Through this call for expressions of interest, the Department wishes to gauge the interest of potential bidders in upgrading the lighting network of all high-pressure sodium (HPS) and metal halide (MH) fixtures to LED lighting technology over a period of 10 years. Question Deadline 10/28/2025 This call for interest is not a competitive bidding process. It contains only preliminary information for the purpose of gathering relevant information to enhance the Department's knowledge in this area. It is intended as a tool to facilitate communication between the Department and interested bidders who are prepared to submit a proposal demonstrating their expertise. All communications, questions, or requests relating to the call for interest documents by potential bidders must be submitted by email to the Department representative at least three days before the deadline for receipt of responses. The Department designates the following person to represent it: Scope of Work Project Type: Conversion of existing roadway lighting to LED (DEL) technology. Coverage: ~60% of the 33,000 luminaires managed by the DGPRMM (Direction Générale Principale de la Région Métropolitaine de Montréal). Technology: Replacement of high-pressure sodium (SHP) and metal halide (HM) luminaires with LED luminaires homologated under program HOM 6210-308-25. All communications, questions or requests related to call of interest documents by the potential bidder must be submitted by email to the Departmental representative at least three days before the time and deadline for receipt of responses.
