Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Vancouver, British Columbia. Design plans call for the construction of a 659,849-square-foot, 28-story above grade, 863-unit multi-residential development; 37-seat day care center; retail development; and 581-space parking garage.
Construction of a mixed-use development with four residential towers (18, 25, 26 and 28storeys). Included will be 863 rental residential units, 1 37-space childcare facility, 15,000 sq ft of indoor community gathering space, commercial uses on the ground floor and 20,000 sq public plaza. Underground parking spaces are included. TIMELINE: Design is ongoing. Application seeking rezoning approval has been referred to a public hearing by city council to be held on July 21, 2026 Schedules may be confirmed pending permit approvals are in place. Further update in late fall 2026. Construction schedule is unreleased.
