Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The City intends to replace the current three ceiling-mounted retractable walls. The acoustic performance, manual operation, and finish options should be consistent with the current wall. The Sound Transmission Classification (STC) should be no less than 53. The current wall is a single-panel retractable wall. The new wall sections should complement the existing wall storage. The Ballroom wall measures 66' (runs north and south) in length and has two pass-through hinge doors. The restaurant wall measures 26' (runs north and south) in length and has one pass-through hinge door. The Ballroom wall measures 48' (runs east and west) in length and has two pass-through hinge doors. The two Ballroom doors shall have the ability to meet in the middle, separating the room into four sections. The width of these doors is 3 1/4 ". The walls all measure 10' tall. The wall covering will be vinyl, and the color shall be selected prior to placing the order. All walls should be steel-faced. Bidders shall submit written questions to the Design Professional and Owner in sufficient time in advance of the bid opening to allow sufficient time for a response.
