Renovation of a residential development in Centerville, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
Alternate Bid Work for the 30 N Main Street Exterior Renovation Project includes the following: 1. Alternate No. 1 - (Deduct: Paver Patio Alternate) a. Base Bid: (Provide full paver patio scope of work as outlined in the drawings.) b. Alternate: This deductive alternate will include the removal of approximately 95 square feet of the base bid brick masonry patio and approximately 20 linear feet of retaining wall as outlined on alternate sheet. 2. Alternate No. 2 - (Deduct: Awning Alternate) a. Base Bid: (Provide metal awning as outlined in the drawings.) b. Alternate: This deductive alternate includes installation of fabric awning in lieu of metal awnings. 3. Alternate No. 3 - (Add: Double Door Alternate) a. Base Bid: (Provide single door for the new opening on the south elevation as indicated in documents.) b. Alternate: This additive alternate includes installation of double door set in lieu of single door. The double door will be the same performance and specification as the single door as defined in the documents. Additional hardware shall include astragal locksets with concealed head and sill pins for locking door leaf. See exhibit appended to this document for door arrangement.
