A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Val Riess Sidewalk Repairs This project consists of furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete sidewalk repairs at the Val Rless Park Baseball/Softball Complex. This project consists of sidewalk repairs at the Vai Riess Park Baseball/Softball Complex. Work includes drilling and filling injection holes with leveling foam to lift and level concrete walks and sealing joints with self-leveling sealant and removal/replacement of sidewalk sections. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the total amount bid and payable without condition to the Owner as a guarantee that the bidder, if awarded the contract, will promptly execute a contract in accordance with all terms and conditions of the Contract Documents.
