The scope of work for the project located at Galena High School, 1206 Franklin Street, Galena, IL 61036, includes, but is not limited to the following: Demolition of existing structures, site utilities, earthwork, retaining walls, paving, building concrete, site concrete, athletic equipment, artificial turf, athletic track surfacing, fencing, storm drainage, field lighting, and restoration. Drawings and specs are available either online; by phone (563-556-3030); or in person (696 Central Avenue, Dubuque, IA 52001.) Submit questions about the Bidding Documents to the Architect in writing. Replies will be issued to the Document holders of record as Addenda to the Drawings and Specifications and will become part of the Bidding Documents. The Architect and Owner will not be responsible for oral clarification. Question Deadline 10/10/2025
