Question Deadline 10/24/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes, All questions must be submitted via email (shraderb@brightoncity.org) All bids shall be labeled with the ITB Number, item; as well as the aforementioned deadline date/time and the vendor name and address on the outside of the envelope. Bids shall be sealed when submitted. Separate bids shall be submitted on each bid number and shall be typewritten or written in ink and legibly prepared. Bids having any erasures or corrections thereon may be rejected unless explained or initialed by the bidder Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Performance Bond 2000 $ No bid may be withdrawn for at least ninety (90) days after bid opening except the successful company whose prices shall remain firm for the entire contract period. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or whole and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in bids received.
