Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Cadillac, Michigan. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,500-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

This project consists of the construction of a 50’ x 50’ pre-engineered metal building east of the current airport terminal to be used as an event center for community activities. Bids shall be firm, lump sum bids. Prior to submitting bids, requested alternates are to be submitted for approval and issuance of an Addendum indicating acceptance of any alternates. Sealed bids shall be clearly marked BID FOR WEXFORD COUNTY AIRPORT COMMUNITY CENTER PAVILION. Award will only be to a responsive and responsible firm whose bid conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the bid. All bid prices must remain valid for 30 days past the submission deadline. The Wexford County Airport Authority reserves the right to postpone the bid due date and accept or reject all or any bids for sound, documentable, business reasons or to waive informalities, and to award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the organization.
