Renovation of a museum in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Request for Quote for Electric work at historical building. Contact rpatel@hopkintonma.gov for any queries 1.Relocate existing 100 amp electrical service from Historic building to Maintenance building. 2.Relocate existing overhead electrical service underground. 3.Install two underground splice boxes to accommodate existing wiring.(16x16 underground boxes) 4.Install new Meter main at maintenance building 5.Use existing underground wire / conduit from new slice box to Maintenance building 6. Vendor has to supply all electric wires, from the top of the pole to the the new splice boxes(100amp 2/0 triplex aluminum wire) 7. Vendor to supply 2 splice boxes and install them 8. Prevailing wages need to be calculated if they are applicable. 9.Vendor has to pull all the permits necessary . 10. Supply 130 feet of electric wire from pole to the new splice boxes. 11. Cable splice box has to be connected to wire pipe to make fishing of the cable easy in a later day. - The Town of hopkinton will hire excavator to dig trench from existing pole across the street to new underground splice boxes and back fill and repair the pavement. - The Town to hire Cable company to run new wire from pole under ground to splice box. - The Town will pay utility cost to relocate power wires from over head to under ground
