Site work and renovation of a civil project in Littleton, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.

The Work consists of construction of replacement of surge anticipator valves at the East Cherry Valley Water and Sanitation District, Western Booster Pump Station. Demolition of two surge anticipator angle valves, one pump control valve, electrical control panels, and associated piping, conduit, and wiring. Installation of two new globe surge anticipator valves, including piping, fittings, instrumentation, pipe supports, and appurtenances for fully functional surge control systems. Installation of a new pump discharge check valve and associated piping. Electrical and control improvements including new control panels, ethernet cabling, conduit, and network racks. Repair and reconstruction of existing facilities affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. The Bidder to whom a contract is awarded will be required to furnish "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds to the District. The "Performance and Maintenance" and "Labor and Material Payment" bonds shall be furnished in the amount of 100 percent of the contract, in conformity with the requirements of the Contract Documents The District reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, or to accept that proposal or combination of proposals, if any, which in its sole and absolute judgment, will, under all circumstances, best serve the District's interest. No proposal will be accepted from any firm, person, or corporation, who is a defaulter as to surety or otherwise, or is deemed incompetent, irresponsible, or unreliable by the District Board of Directors.
